Ingredients:Turkey breast meat, 12 ounce(s)*Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup*Carbquick - Low Carb Baking Mix made with Carbalose flour, 2 cup(remove)Celery, raw, 2 cup, dicedCarrots, raw, 2 cup, choppedOnions, raw, 2 cup, choppedPeas, frozen, 0.5 cup*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsppoultry seasoning, rosemary, sage, or thyme, 1 tablespoonsalt and pepper to taste
dice all vegetables to even size, and onions, smaller. Sautee in oil until tender-crisp, and onions are sweet. Mix with can condensed soup, diced turkey,defrosted peas and herbs. I use poultry seasoning and rosemary. Put mix into a casserole dish, and top with prepared biscuits, according to package directions. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. or until biscuits are golden and done, and mix is bubbly.
