Ingredients
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef8 oz can of tomato sauce3 T Braggs Amino1 T onion powder1 T dried parsleyground black pepper to taste4 cloves of garlic, minced1/2 cupEgg Beaters 1/2 c Kraft Parmesan cheese I slice turkey bacon (chopped)
Directions
Mix everything together; put into a 350 degree oven in a casserole dish
