1 cup Amaranth Flour1 cup Quinoa Flour1 cup Sorghum Flour1 cup Soy Flour2 cups Brown Rice Flour2 cups Corn Flour2 cups Garfava Flour3 cups Cornstarch3 cups Tapioca Flour
Directions
In a very large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together with your hand mixer. Pour into a resealable container. Stores well in a cool dark place.
