Ingredients
2 Cups Martha White Self Rising Corn Meal Mix1 Large Egg1 1/3 Skim Milk2 TBSP Land O Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray or use paper muffin cups. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Divide mixture equally amoung nine muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees.
