12 Oz Grilled Chicken Strips8 Oz Dry Ezekiel Spaghetti1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese4 Cloves Garlic (minced)1/4 Cup Smart Balance Light Butter2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Cup Mushrooms
Boil Water in a pan on the stove add the spaghetti and turn to medium stirring occasionally so the spaghetti doesn't stick. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and add the chicken cook on medium high heat stirring so it doesn't stick or burn then turn to low until spaghetti is done. Then in a small sauce pan add the garlic (if not minced put it in the food processor), butter, mushrooms, and olive oil. Turn it to high heat and stir until the butter is melted then turn it to low until the spaghetti is done. Once spaghetti is done strain it and add the garlic sauce to it. Add the cheese on top of the chicken and let it melt. Then divide the spaghetti and chicken evenly between 4 plates.
