Gluten-Free Cardamom Shortbread

Unsalted buttericing sugareggrice flourground cardamomsaltfinely chopped pistachios
Directions
1. In large bowl, beat butter with sugar until light; beat in egg
2. In separate bowl, whick together rice flour, cardamom and salt; stir into butter mixture
3. Fold in pistachios
4. Bake at 350 F for 18-20 minutes
