Kathie's Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef (93% lean)1 egg1 slice Franz 50 calorie 100% Whole Wheat Bread1/2 tsp Garlic Salt1 tsp Italian Seasoning2 tsp Dried Chopped Onion seasoning1 c. Ragu Light (No Sugar Added) Spaghetti Sauce1 green bell pepper, sliced
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 c. of the sauce.
Shape into a loaf in the center of a 13x9 in baking pan.
(Leave room around all sides)
Pour 1/4 c. of sauce on top of loaf and then top with pepper slices.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Drain grease. Pour remaining 1/4 c. of sauce on top.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
