Pizza Dough Base

Ingredients
1kg 00 pasta flour600ml of water7gm dried yeastPinch of saltPinch of sugarMix yeast into warm water & slowly mix into flour/ sugar/ salt.Leave to prove in a warm spot for 4-6 hours, til doubled in size
Directions
Divide once it's risen, wrap excess in cling film, roll out into circle, top with sauce & toppings.
Bake at 400* celcius for 7-9 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 10 x 10-12 inch bases
