Steamed Mash Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
2 medium Sweet Potatoes1 tablespoon Butter2 teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar
Directions
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into chunks. Place in steamer and set timer for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove potatoes from steamer and place in serving bowl. Add butter and cinnamon sugar and mash, thoroughly mixing butter and cinnamon sugar. Serve.
