Lemon juice, 1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread, 1 TbspEnglish muffin, light multi-grain Healthy Life, 1 serving Egg, fresh, 2 largeegg white, fresh, 1 large*Canadian Bacon (Kroger 1 pc.), 2 servingWater, 1 tbsp
For the sauce:
wisk in a double broiler 1 tbsp butter, lemon juice, 2 egg yolk and 1 tbsp water until it becomes a sauce.
toast english muffins
Cook 3 egg whites and I also heat the ham in the same pan
Plate up english muffins with the ham and egg whites and pour sauce on top. Enjoy!!
Serving Size: makes 1 serving of 2 halfs
