2 TBS. black coffee or hot water1 TBS. chunky peanut butter1 packet (1 serving) reduced-calorie chocolate dairy drink mix (ALBA or equivalent)3/4 oz. uncooked old-fashioned oats2 TBS. dark raisins
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Roll in wax paper to form a bar, and put in freezer.
