portobella mushrooms and beans

Ingredients
1/2 tsp olive oil1 large onion chopped2 garlic cloves minced2 large portobella caps sliced thin1/2 cup red wine1 large tomato diced1 15 oz can chickpeas (no salt added) juice reserved
Directions
heat oil in pan and spread to cover skillet. add onions and garlic and saute for 2 minutes. add the mushrooms and wine, cook for 5 more minutes. add the tomatoes and beans plus half of the liquid from the can. season as desired. cook for another 10 minutes.
