Single Serve Beef Chili

3.5 oz 93% lean ground beef1 3" tomatoeonion powdergarlic powderchili powdersaltpepper1 melba toast
Brown beef w/ seasonings in small skillet.
Chop 1/2 of the tomatoe & add to brown beef.
Chop remaining tomatoe 1/2 & put in blender.
Add blended sauce to skillet. (add a tablespoon water if too dry)
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Simmer until chopped tomatoes have cooked through.
Serve topped with a broken up melba toast.
Serving Size: 1 soup bowl
