28 ozs Turkey Meat, Ground1 4oz Can Thai Sour Curry Paste3 Tbsp Corriander Chutney3 Tbsp Garlic, minced or pressed.5 Tbsp Ginger Powder1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground1 tsp Pepper, Crushed Red
1. Mix all the Spices, Minced Garlic, and Curry Paste together.
2. Add the Ground Turkey Met and mix well.
3. Form into 16 equal sized/weight meatballs.
4. Place on an oven safe baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
