Cornbread Mini Love Muffins

Ingredients
*'jiffy' corn muffin mix, 6 serving Milk, 1%, .33 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp Chia Seed Nutiva, 1 tbsp *Splenda, 1/4 cup 3/4 tspn Almond Extract 1 tspn red food coloring
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients in measuring cup. Mix wet and dry together. For best crown, leave sit for 3-4 minutes, stir again and then add to muffin tin. Hint: Spray each muffin wrapper with a small amount of non-stick spray. This keeps them from sticking to the side of the wrapper.

Serving Size: Makes 6 regular muffins or 24 mini muffins
