Raisin Pie

Ingredients
3*4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup flour1/2 tsp. salt2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 cups water2 cups raisins1 uncooked 9'' pie shell
Directions
MAKES 1-9''pie(cut in 8). Mix dry ingredients. Add water, lemon juice and raisins. Cook until thickened, may add 1tbsp of margarine. Let coll completely. Pour in pie crust, Cover with lattice or plain crust. Bake 10 minutes at 450F. Reduce heat to 350F for 30-40 minutes more.
