10 oz pkg shredded cabbage (8 to 9 cups)1/2 C chopped onion1/2 large green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips1 med carrot, shreddedDressing3 - 4 Tbls sugar3 Tbls white wine Vinegar2 Tbls + 1 1/2 tsp water1 Tbls + 1 1/2 tsp canola oil
Stir together slaw ingredients.
Whisk dressing ingredients and pour over slaw. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
