Turkey meatball and rice soup

Ingredients
1tsp olive oil1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 stalk celery (5-6") chopped1 large carrot (about 1/3 cup), chopped2 bullion cubes2 cups water6 aldi's turkey meatballs cut into quarters1 cup per cooked brown rice
Directions
Add oil and veggies to pot and sautée until onions are translucent. Add water, cubes and meatballs. Simmer for 20 min, or until carrots are soft. Add precooked rice and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 2 side portions, or one meal portion
