Simple Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients
1 can evaporated milk1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese1/4 TSP garlic powder (or to taste)1/2 TSP fennel seeds, crushed (or to taste)
Directions
1. Heat evaporated milk in a small sauce pan, medium heat.

2. Crush fennel seeds.

3. Add parmesan cheese to milk, reduce to low heat, making sure to stir occasionally.

4. Add garlic powder and fennel seed.

5. Cook until Parmesan cheese melts and begins to thinken sauce. At this point, stir more frequently.

6. Turn off and let cool 2 minutes.
