Ingredients
Queso Fresco, 10 ozCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, Canned Green Chiles (Whole), 30 ozEgg, fresh, 3 large
Directions
pr heat oven to 400
mix queso and shreded cheese and split the chiles open
put about a table spoon of cheese mix in each chile
place in baking dish. dont worry if they split or dont close. split eggs yolk and white in seperate bowls whip whites til foamy fold in yolks and pour over chilesbake for 20 to 25 min
