Vegetable Beef Skillet Supper

Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground sirloin, 96% extra lean1/2 onion, diced1 cup carrots, diced1 green bell pepper, diced14.5 oz. diced canned tomatoes, no salt added12 oz. frozen corn 15.5 great northern beans, rinsed and drained1 T. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Brown the ground sirloin with onions, carrots, and green bell pepper until meat is no longer pink. Add tomatoes, corn, and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in olive oil just before serving.
