Sun Dried Tomato Italian Sausage Farfalle pasta Baby Portobella MushroomsSpinachMarsala wineFresh Parmesan
I did this all on the grill. My grill has a side burner which made this possible. this can all be done inside as well.
Throw the sausages on the Grill, keep the burners medium low
Begin boiling water for the pasta
When you throw in the pasta, put a cast iron skillet on the grill (medium low heat) and throw in the mushrooms and about a quarter cup of marsala wine
Check on everythign every now and then (stir the pasta, turn the sausages, stir the mushrooms).
When your pasta is done throw the spinach leaves in with the mushrooms.
Drain the pasta.
Turn off the burners
Pour everything in the skillet in with the pasta
Add the Parmesan to the pasta mix and stir
Serve the sausages wth the pasta
