Wanda's Salmon Burger

Ingredients
1 14 3/4 ounce can pink salmon2 Tablespoons lemon juice1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs3 egg whites1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Directions
Drain and flake salmon. Mix all ingredients except coconut oil. Form into four patties. Cook in coconut oil on medium high heat until golden brown.
