quick healthy muffins

Ingredients
1 cup splenda brown sugar1 cup canola oil2 eggs1 Tbsp pancake syrup1 Tbsp molasses2 cups fat free milk1 tsp vinegar3/4 cups each oat bran and bran2 3/4 cups flour2 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
combine vinegar and milk, stir & set aside. in large bowl combine oil, brow sugar, molasses, syrup, eggs, bran and oat bran. then mix rest of dry ingredients together in another bowl. combine milk mxture and flour mixture with sugar mixture . alternate dry and wet. cook @ 350 for 25 minutes
