Baked Feta and Asparagus

Ingredients
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese6 spears of asparagus, chopped1/2 cup diced tomato3 thinly-sliced slices of onion1 T capers, drained1/2 garlic clove, thinly slicedfresh ground black pepper to tastedried oregano (or fresh) to tastecrushed red pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients on a square piece of aluminum foil. Seal the packet tightly and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Carefully open the packet and transfer contents to plate.
