Best Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies

125 grams butter/margarine1/2 cup soft brown sugar, not packed1 large, fresh egg3/4 cup White Wings Gluten Free All Purpose Flour3/4 cup White Wings Gluten Free SR Flour150 grams chocolate chips
Melt butter/margarine, whisk into it the brown sugar. Whisk and egg and mix through the syrup.
In a separate bowl, put the flours, mix well. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry. When mixed fold through the chocolate chips. Roll into small balls, press down and bake in an oven 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. (Not fan forced!!)
Take out when they are slightly coloured golden.
