Indian Spiced Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs6 oz low fat plain yogurt4-5 garlic cloves1 T fresh ginger1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cumin, pepper flakes, salt & pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. Place chicken in a zip lock bag. Pour marinade over chicken, seal bag and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Grill chicken over medium heat for 10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
