Garlic Chicken Pasta (low fat)

Ingredients
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 12 oz Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp *chicken broth reduced sodium , 1.5 cup *Juice - Real Lemon, Lemon Juice, 2tbsp**Spice World Minced Garlic, 10 gramsPepper, red or cayenne, 1/8 tbsp Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1/2 can Ronzoni Garden Delight Penne Rigate, 8oz. Dole Baby Spinach, 2 oz
Directions
Boil noodles as recommended. Take chicken broth, parsley, lemon juice, red pepper, and garlic and combine in a sauce pot. Slowly stir in the flour, tomatoes, and spinach. Once noodles are done, place pasta in a sautee pan, add chicken and top with sauce. Stir on low heat for about 5 minutes. Then enjoy!!
