Sweet Cream Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
1/2 Pint Fat Free Half & Half Cream2 Tablespoon White Vinegar2 Packets Equal Sweetener8 ounces Red Leaf Lettuce, torn into pieces4 Green Onions, sliced.
Directions
Mix Half & Half with vinegar in glass jar or bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. (Will Sour or Kurdle). Add Sweetener.
Place Lettuce and onion on four serving plates. Pour 1/4 cup dressing on each salad right before serve.
