Ginger Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients:1 lb cubed Pork1 Tbls grated Ginger Root1 cup Chicken Broth2 Tbls Corn Starch1/4 cup low sodium Teriyaki Sauce1 Tbls olive oil1 Onions, sliced4 stalks Celery, sliced1 cup Baby Carrots3 cloves Garlic1 cup Mushrooms sliced1.5 cup Asparagus cut in pieces
Mix grated ginger and pork, set aside. Mix chicken broth, corn starch and teriyaki sauce until smooth. Heat large skillet with olive oil and add pork mixture. Cook stirring until pork is browned. Add onions, celery, carrots, and garlic. Stiry fry 3 min. Add mushrooms and asparagus bottoms and stir fry an additional 3 min. Stir broth mixture and add to pan with asparagus tops and stir until mixture is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and serve.
