Chicken Satay

Ingredients
3 Whole boneless, skinless chicke breasts1/2 cup roasted peanuts1 tsp mild curry powder1/4 cup soy sauce2 Tbsp dark Sesame oilPinch of chili powder14- 6 inch bambo skewers
Directions
Preheat oven to 325

Cut chicken into 1/2" chunks and arrange on skewers evenly.

Rest skewers on a baking sheet covered in foil

In a non stick skillet, Roast peanuts over medium heat until fragrant. Cool and chop coarsely

Put nuts in a bowl, add remianing ingredients. stir well.

Pour sauce over chicken skewers.

Bake for 10 miuntes and serve on a plater.
