Easy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 bag Frozen Green Beans1 bag Frozen Peas1 bag Frozen Carrots1 bag frozen California Blend1 bottle Vegetable Juice (V-8)Water
Directions
Before work, place vegetables in large crock pot, add bottle of juice. Add water to 1/2 inch from top. Turn on, let simmer in slow cooker about 8 hours.

Great for leftovers, and lunch at work. Freezes well

Makes about 20 1 cup servings.
