1 XL egg1 oz diced ham1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
heat frying pan on medium heat. spray pan with vegetable cooking spray. crack egg in pan. when side 1 is done crack yolk and flip egg. top with cheese, then ham. when side 2 is done, flip again to heat ham & cheese.
