Sweet & Spicy Dessert Balls

10 dates (pits removed)6 Tbsp sunflower seeds (or you can use cashews, almonds, pecans, peanuts, macadamia nuts, walnuts, etc.. instead)4 Tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds4 Tbsp dried shredded coconut2 Tbsp cacao beans (optional)1 Tbsp raw honey1 Tbsp coconut oil1 small chilli (optional)2 or 3 piches of sea salt
Place all dry ingredients (sunflower seeds, flax seeds, shredded dried coconut, cacao beans) in food processor or blender and blend until powder consistency.
Add dates, chilli, salt and blend until thoroughly mixed.
Add honey and coconut oil, blend until thoroughly mixed.
Roll dough into small balls, place on a plate and put in freeze to solidify for 20-30 minutes (and store them in the freezer as well).
Serving Size: makes 20 balls
