Coffee Walnut Cookies

Ingredients
2 cup Flour All-Purpose1 cup Walnuts, ground 36 tsp Granulated Sugar36 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1 cup Dry Coffee Grounds7 TBS Butter7 TBS ZTrim Fat Replacement Gel1.5 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2.5 TBS Brandy48 Whole Coffee Beans for garnish.
Directions
Whip ZTrim and Butter together.

Add sugar, Splenda. Slowly add flour, salt, coffee grounds. Then add vanilla and brandy and finally finely ground walnuts.

Roll into 12" log, wrap and refrigerate. (If to soft to form into log, chill and then roll into log.)

Cut into 1.4" slices place on baking sheet. Press a coffee bean into center of each slice.

Bake 350 F for 12-15 minutes until edges just begin to brown.

Serving = 1 cookie
