Ingredients
3/4 cup coconut milk1/2 cup pineapple juice1 banana - frozen1/4 cup pineapple chunks1/2 cup Greek yogurt1 tsp vanilla extractpinch of saltdried coconut flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients except dried coconut in a blender & puree until smooth. Garnish with coconut if desired.
