Banana-Chocolate Chip Muffins

3 medium very ripe bananas1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk2 egg whites1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend1/4 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup splenda1 teaspoon baking soda1 1/2 cups flour1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons semi sweet chocolate chips2 tablespoons chopped walnut
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Whisk in the milk, egg, and sugars.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the baking soda, flour and salt.
4. Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and combine well. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
5. Spoon equal amounts of batter into each muffin cup.
6. Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool slightly in the pan, then remove to a wire rack.
