Bacon Mayo Dressing

3/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Mayo1/4 cup Kraft Regular (Full Fat) Mayo2 tbsp green onion tops chopped fine1 clove garlic minced finesalt and pepper to taste1/3 cup red wine vinegar1/2 cup chopped crisp bacon, fat drained
Serving Size: 4 tbsp
crisp cook the bacon in the microwave, or oven. Drain well on paper towels.
combine all ingredients except bacon in food processor and blend until onion and garlic is finely minced and incorporated. Taste for salt/pepper; reseason if necessary.
crumble bacon into mixture and pulse to desired size bits.
keep refridgerated. This dressing is good on green salads; also very good on potato salad.
