Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter1/2 cup natural sugar such as Sucanat or Xylitol1/2 cup rice syrup1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil2 tsp vanilla extract3 and 1/3 cups rolled oats1/2 cup shredded coconut1/4 cup sunflower seeds1/4 cup chopped or slivered almonds1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together the nut butter, coconut oil, xylitol, rice syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add all the other ingredients. Mix well. Press the mixture into a 13x9 in a greased pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and cut into bars. Wrap well for packing.
