Protein Punch Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
Dressing:1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurtthe juice of one lemon (about 1/8-1/4 cup)2 cloves garlic, finely minced1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp red pepper flakesdash saltSalad:1 cups fresh broccoli, chopped1/4 cup red onion, chopped2 tbsp dried prunes, chopped1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
In small bowl whisk yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, pepper flake, and salt until very well incorporated. Set aside.

In medium bowl combine chopped broccoli, onion, prunes, and almonds. Toss with dressing and refridgerate at least 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 4-1 cup servings
