southwest egg rolls

*Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps (3 Wraps), 7 serving(remove)*Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp(remove)*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 15 oz(remove)Onions, raw, 6 tbsp chopped(remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 6 tbsp(remove)spinach, frozen, 6 tbspYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels(remove)Beans, black, .75 cup(remove)*Cumin seed, .5 tbsp(remove)Chili powder, .5 tbsp(remove)Salt, 1 tsp(remove)*Cayenne Pepper, .25 tsp(remove)*Kroger Colby Jack cheese, 4 oz(remove)hidden valley ranch light, .5 cupwholly guacamole 100 cal. snack pack
Directions
1. grill chicken breasts
2. meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil and sautee' onion, and peppers
3. dice and add chicken to fry pan. also add beans, corn, spinach, and spices. heat through
4. remove from heat and stir in cheese
5. roll into egg roll wraps, brush with remaining oil, and bake for 10-12 min
6. mix guacamole and ranch for dipping. enjoy
