Ingredients
2 lb ground chuck1 tsp minced onionDash of salt & pepperPrego Traditional Italian Sauce (small jar)1 tlb chili powder (rounded)1/2 cup Heinz Ketchup1/2 cup Water (mix ketchup & water together first before adding to mixture)2 cups Cooked Elbow Macaroni (add this last to the other ingredients)
Directions
Brown ground chuck in skillet along with minced onion, salt and pepper. Drain off all the grease. Then add the Prego Sauce, chili powder, and ketchup/water mixture. Next add your cooked elbow macaroni to the ground chuck mixture and let it all cook on a very low temperature for 20 minutes. This goes very well with a salad. It will serve 10.
