Saucy Cheddar Carrots

Ingredients
1# carrots cut into match stick pieces1 can cream of celery soup 98% fat free1/4 c 1% milk1 c shredded cheese 1/4 tsp mustard1 tsp black pepper3 tbsp onion flakes1 Tbsp margarine1/4 c corn flakes
Directions
Cook carrots until fork tender. Mix margarine and onion flakes and microwave for 2 minutes. Mix soup, milk, cheese, mustard and pepper. Line carrots in shallow 8x8x2" glass microwave dish and pour soup mixture over carrots and microwave for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with corn flakes and microwave 2 minutes and serve.
