Curry Turkey with Peas

Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Half and Half Cream, 1 cup Peas, frozen, 2 cup Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Curry powder, 1 tbsp Saffron, 2 grams Turkey breast meat, 16 ounce(s)
heat pan on high once hot put oil in and wipe with paper towel
add a small saffron thread to flavor the oil
Cube the turkey breast and add to pan
add spices and cook turkey
add peas and tomato paste w/ 1/4 cup of water
then mix
add half and half (optional)
simmer for 5-6 mins until it thickens
eat plain or
serve rice (not included in the calories)
