Chicken & Mushroom Gravy over Rice

Ingredients
Ingredients:Kroger Olive Oil Cooking Spray, to coat panHarvestland Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 12 ozSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tspGarlic, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tspkitchen basics unsalted chicken cooking stock 3cCampbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1 canThyme, fresh, 1 tspOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped*riceselect texmati rice, long grain american basmati 1/2 cup dry
Directions
Cook rice per directions replacing water with stock and omiting salt and pepper
Spray deep fry pan with olive oil spray, heat pan on med,
Cut chicken in bite size pieces, salt, pepper and garlic powder
place in pan and brown
add onion
pour a little of chicken stock in pan to loosen seared and browning, repeat as needed
When chicken and onions are browned add cream of mushroom and 1 cup stock
add thyme, bring to a boil, cut back to simmer , simmer till desired thickness

Top rice with chicken and mushroom gravy
