5am Omelette

Ingredients
1/8 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped.1/4 inch slice white onion, chopped1 Clove garlic, chopped, 1 Turkey hot dog, chopped1 Egg.75 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet.
Add peppers, onions, garlic, and hot dog. Let vegetables cook, and let hot dog get brown. Add egg. Use spatula to flip once it is halfway cooked. Season to desire. Enjoy!
