Southwestern Salad

Ingredients
3 leaves of romaine lettuce, chopped1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped1/2 cup red cabbage, chopped1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped1/2 cup fresh cauliflower, chopped1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped1/2 avocado, sprinkled with garlic salt6 whole wheat crackers, crushed2 tbsp. Newman's Own Light Lime Vinaigrette2 tbsp. Salsa
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables together.
2. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top of the salad.
3. Top with the salsa and lime dressing.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Mix and enjoy! :)
