Bean & oat burgers

Ingredients
3 cups cooked beans of your choice2 cups oats1 cup onion3 cloves of garlic1 tbsp soy saucespices to taste (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Blend the beans (heated until very hot) & oats until coarsely mixed. Use a food processor or a potato masher.
Add spices.
Spray baking stone or cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Form mixture into patties.
Bake 30-40 minutes.

OR you can pan-fry these burgers in a skillet for about 5 minutes per side.
