Baked whitefish and veggies

Ingredients
2 whole whitefish fillets2 cups chopped bellpeppers4 onions1 large can crushed tomatoes1/2 cup olive oil (approximately, enough to coat bottom of baking pan pretty thoroughly)
Directions
Saute everything but the fish in a pan with olive oil, then add to glass baking pan with fish and olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
