1 ripe avocado1 1/2 cups salsa (mild or hot depending on your taste)
1. Peel and cut 1/2 of the avocado in small chunks and mash the other 1/2 into a paste.
2. Add the salsa and stir.
Chill for 1/2 hour if the ingredients are at room temperature. If the ingredients are cool you can serve it immediately. Serve with sliced olive bread or your choice of bread or crackers.
